I think his name was Chris. In any case he was VERY helpful in finding me what I needed and seemed very knowledgeable and have a passion for his work. I was in town visiting Family over the holiday and visited Paradigm out of curiosity and to ask some questions on a project I wanted to start when I returned home. Chris directed me to *exactly* what I needed to hit the ground running as soon as I got home. I very much enjoyed the interaction and would highly recommend anyone in the Omaha metro area who has hydro related needs to visit Paradigm.
You are missed in Madison!! Whenever I had a question, the folks at the Madison location were always very helpful. When one unit in my lighting system failed under warranty, they swapped my faulty unit without any hassle and recycled the old one for me. My second unit failed this past winter, still under warranty, and I called the Omaha location to see if they could help me from afar. They did! I spoke with the manager Matt, and he took care of *everything!* The fixture was no longer in production, but Matt spent six weeks advocating for me with the current parent company, and was able to get me store credit for the amount of the fixture. From there, he helped me figure out what products would be the best replacement for me, he was able to ship everything quickly, and even advised me on how to recycle the faulty unit. I was able to set everything up last night, and I'm very happy with it! Thank you, Matt!! I really appreciate all of your help!
Good atmosphere for a plant store. Didn't feel dumb for not knowing about plants. Employee helped advised me on what plant would be easy to care for, what light levels, etc. Great selection for indoor hydroponics/aquaponics and will definitely have any nutrient additions you want.
Great stop for the home gardener or hobbyist grower. Been my go to store for over 15 years. Friendly staff, good selection, great informational resources.
This is the place to go for all your plants needs!!! I love the inside of this location and the awesome staff at work here, friendly and they know what they’re talking about!!
