I had a great experience at Paradise Car Wash! The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very eager to help. Smiles everywhere I looked. The wash itself was super fast but still incredibly detailed. I went with the Ultimate Paradise option for $39 and it was absolutely worth it. My car came out squeaky clean and smelling great! Jorge was amazing and took his time with my vehicle. Request him if you can. They also have a detailing service next door for deeper cleaning and additional services, which I’ll definitely keep in mind for the future. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the restrooms were spotless as well. Overall, an awesome experience with great value and top-notch service. Highly recommend!
Children who do fund raising car wash events do a better job!!! They don't know how to vacuum a car. Nearly every time I have come here they don't vacuum the car appropriately. They sprayed down my mats and left them wet. In addition to that there is white dog hair all over my car doors from being wiped down with dirty rags. Why pay for someone to clean your car if they aren't going to actually clean it? It’s a shame that I need to vacuum my car after I paid $45 for someone to do a basic clean, and the job doesn't even get done.
So I brought my car in to take out a urine stain and smell from my back seat. They assured me that they can remove it. I expected them to use professional detailing equipment to remove the stain and odor, they did not. Instead they just used a brush and some over the counter cleaning agents that I could have got at Walmart for $10 and did myself at home. Anyways about a day later the urine odor returns I mentioned this to them and they issued me a refund, for which I was impressed with. I returned today to get my car washed and they refused me service because I complained previously about their incompetent cleaning job. Wow, talk about having your empty ego offended. If you can't do the job right Paradise from the get-go that you're charging $69 for then don't do it at all! I don't expect to pay that kind of money and receive inferior service. You're pathetic! PS: BTW, thanks for directing me to your competition, Mister Car Wash. Cheaper, and far more professional than you'll ever be!
I’ ve always come to Paradise Car Wash because they usually do an awesome job, but I was really disappointed this time. It looked like they rushed and didn’t bother to vacuum the back at all. It’s frustrating because I’ve trusted them for their quality work, but this visit felt like they just didn’t care. I know I should always double-check before leaving, but I expected better from a place that’s normally great.
BEST CARWASH in the area!! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Anytime I express concerns they are more than willing to work with me to accommodate my needs. They also have good complimentary coffee while you wait, a cute little gift shop, AND a beautiful saltwater tank. I'd also like to mention their rewards program is exactly that.. rewarding! I've been signed up for many years and have gotten quite a few discounts/free washes just for being a loyal customer. Overall, my experiences at Paradise have been great and I would definitely recommend this business to my family and friends! Thanks Paradise!
