We had a leak in the pipe below the main shut off valve to our home and reached out to Paradise Plumbing. Jon was so nice as well as professional. He completed the job quickly, stayed in communication throughout and left the site clean. Sounds odd but the pipes he installed are gorgeous! For months I had an unexplained water outflow from an exterior landscape drainpipe, and no one could pinpoint the cause until I called Paradise Plumbing Pros and was able to make an appointment with Todd for Jon to come out to my house that same day. Jon showed up right on time, listened carefully, and got straight to work with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was his persistence and expertise. This wasn’t an obvious problem - landscape and swimming pool contractors and service providers couldn't find the cause of it - but Jon methodically traced the issue, explained what he was seeing, and didn’t stop until he found the source. Once he did, Jon quickly, cleanly, and with total confidence repaired the malfunctioning water auto-refill valve in the underground basin for a landscape fountain I have in my backyard that was the problem. The difference is night and day. Not only has the water outflow dried up, but I also feel reassured knowing the problem was solved thoroughly and correctly.
