Mark and the folks at Paramount Jewelery at the mall in Corpus Christi, treated me like royalty. I went in to inquire on a watch that was not in stock locally. Mark found one at one of their other stores and made it available to me within three days. Awesome customer service and great price on their products. I highly recommend Paramount Jewelers.
First let me start with I have been dreaming about this ring for about a year and a half. And every so often I would go in just to admire it. Just waiting to be able to afford the down payment for the lay away. Now let me tell you about this time! I went in as usually just to look at my ring and the jeweler associate, Liz, immediately greeted us and started asking normal questions. And I told her my dream ring. And we sat down did the math, we still couldn’t afford the down payment. But then she told me about the other payment program they have. and my credit is horrible. And I got approved but not for the right amount of money. So her and the manager did some work and got the ring priced for the perfect amount. We will go to paramount jewelers for everyone of my jewelry needs.
The staff was every informative and helpful. From the moment I stepped in, Trisha greeted me with her knowledge and patience. Christina chimed in and gave her expertise and opinion helping me decide in which direction to go an engagement ring. They helped create a wish list as I was undecided on making a purchase and still had other store options to take a look at. No other store was as interactive as this group which automatically helped make my decision as to who I was purchasing from. In the end, Guadalupe and Cynthia assisted in making my final decision and handled my purchasing options.
