I can’t say enough good things about this flower shop! Not only were the flowers absolutely stunning, but the service truly went above and beyond. There was a small issue with the card on file, yet they went ahead and delivered the flowers anyway—making sure the recipient got them on time. Afterwards, they reached out to me to resolve the payment. That thoughtful gesture alone meant the world to me. It showed genuine care for their customers and trust that is rare to find these days. Just wanted to hop on here and say the arrangement I ordered for my friend was absolutely beautiful! I’m from out of state and really relied on the reviews and Park City Petals did not disappoint.
Unbelievable service. I called from out of state with an emergency order and they had it prepared and delivered in less than a few hours. It was also a wonderful product and the recipient absolutely loved it. Sarah and the team were wonderful. I recommend them for all of the nearby hospitals (Clements, Parkland, Children’s). UPDATE: Another amazing delivery, such a great product and great service!
Very happy with my experience with Park Cities Petals and would recommend them for a reliable and high quality flower arrangement. Excellent customer service - shout out to Sarah who was super nice to correspond with via email. I wanted to find a local Dallas business because those huge internet flower delivery shops are super unreliable as far as the quality of the flowers (especially compared to the photos online). I found Park Cities Petals and chose the Goldilocks size bouquet with Designer’s Choice Seasonal Mix arrangement - I wanted something special for my Aunt’s birthday. The other reviews were very positive so I had faith that the Designer’s Choice would turn out nicely, but I was thrilled when they sent me a picture of the bouquet - so beautiful! Lovely color palate, great flower choices, very classy presentation. Delivered on time as requested. My Aunt loved them! Thanks!
