I was greeted warmly with kindness. The Doctor that treated me was respectful, felt that I was heard and not dismissed because of my age. The Nurse assisting was incredible, great personality. It means a lot to me when people are kind. I'm very grateful for the help I was given.
Had an excellent experience at Patient Plus Urgent Care! Everyone was wonderful - the front desk staff greeted me warmly, the nurses were attentive and caring, the nurse who handled my drug screening was professional and efficient, the nurse practitioner was really nice and professional the X-ray tech was skilled. The entire team made what could have been a stressful visit much easier. Highly recommend!
I could not have asked for a better experience. After a bout of food poisoning today, I walked in looking like a ghost in distress and walked out feeling like an actual functioning adult. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They got me seen quickly, kept me comfortable, and explained everything along the way. The fluids and meds helped tremendously, but their compassion, kindness, and upbeat energy made the biggest difference. Ashlin was an incredible provider — I wish I could request her every time, though I know she works at multiple locations. I’m just so grateful for how well they took care of me this evening. Thank you, Ashlin and team!
