I would totally recommend this jewelry store! Bought an engagement ring and it was amazing quality! They even upgraded my stone’s colour for no extra charge. Amazing customer service as well, helped stay in constant contact and smoothly facilitated the transaction. Shipping was quick and accurate to their estimate. 10/10 experience.

I am very thankful and over the moon that I found this Canadian based company Customer service was excellent replies to emails were prompt and any questions I had were answered very quickly and efficiently. Thank you. Too bad this bracelet with a gift I almost want to keep it from mySelf!!

I purchased a charm from their online store. I had asked the item to specifically be delivered at an address which was acknowledged. It was sent to our home address where we were not going to be for another 5 days. Thankfully someone was able to pick it up before it was stolen and I picked it up myself after a 2 hour drive. When I called in to ask why this happened, she said she wasn't sure, and that anyway it was 'verbally signed for', which I still do not understand the meaning or relevance. They took no accountability and thankfully my wife was understanding about receiving a gift after Christmas. A real shame. I liked the item but this experience has soured me.
