Love, love, love POD! Dr Hillary Lewis is phenomenal and very kind! She is always encouraging of baby's progress and our job taking care of baby. I had a breast milk supply issue and eventually moved to just doing formula. It was a difficult decision for me emotionally. Dr. Lewis was extremely supportive and reminded me it wasn't my fault and things like that can happen. I feel so comfortable asking her any question and she doesn't rush through the visit. She also takes interest in our lives and remembers little details like us playing ultimate frisbee.
We have only ever had amazing experiences with all the providers at POD. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and providers are great with the kids as well as the parents. I’ve always felt well informed and heard when it comes to any concerns we may have. We have had all types of issues addressed, walk-in clinic has been a life saver on multiple occasions. And the on call nurses for after hours advice have saved us numerous times from what we would’ve rushed to ER for. I’ll always recommend the POD team, forever!
We have been going to POD for over 3 years and have always had a great experience. All of the providers are excellent- very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. We have never had an issue getting a same day sick visit when needed along with subsequent follow up care. I can’t recommend this practice enough.
My sons will soon age out of POD and I sure will miss it. From the start, the advice nurses were the most tremendous resource. I can’t say enough good things about this crew. The whole office runs super efficiently. The nursing staff is exceptional and I appreciate that you can see any doctor and get in quickly.
I loveeeeeeeeeee POD. Everyone is very attentive from beginning to end. The physicians, NPs, Nursing staff are all so delightful. My daughter is 6 months and she has received top tier care. All of my questions and concerns are always answered and I am very satisfied upon leaving. They make it a point to make sure they interact with the kids and include parents every step of the way. The waiting room/exam rooms are clean! I would 10/10 recommend everyone to bring their babies here.
