We love this place! Our Sedona is almost black belt at 8 years old, and it’s not the color, it’s the discipline, focus, respect, goals and responsibilities she is learning. Master Elliot and Master Paul are quality , amazing, and they care to help! Thank you!
Peoria Martial Arts Center is by far the BEST martial arts center!!! My son has been attending for a little over a year and he LOVES it! He looks forward to class and really enjoys the way Master Elliot and Master Paul are always encouraging and very welcoming. They are also great role models. I definitely recommend PMAC, they are amazing and the following is why I’ve extended my son’s membership for another year. My son has not only learned about discipline and respect, but both Master Elliot and Master Paul always remind them that everything starts at home first and foremost with their parents and not just with teachers or friends. The kids go over the Code of Conduct at the beginning of every class and end with the Student Creed which most of the kids memorize fairly quick. Master Elliot has definitely provided me with support and guidance when my son was going through a rough time at school and I had to pull him out of his school. As soon as I mentioned our difficult time, he provided me with resources and ensured me that he was there to help if needed. Both Master Elliot and Master Paul are fantastic with the kids and work in conjunction with all their classes. They know how to engage with the kids. In addition, they are really good with the younger kids. When my son was younger last year, Master Elliot and Master Paul kept the kids interested throughout the whole class which I thought was SO amazing as younger kiddos have a shorter attention span. Most kids, if not all, would be so interested in what they were doing and following along. For the older classes, the kids are really invested and disciplined. During class, I can see how much the kids enjoy the class. I most definitely recommend Peoria Martial Arts Center as they don’t just provide a service, but rather they make you feel welcome and part of the PMAC family. My son has made friends where we have been able to meet outside of class and has made a huge difference for my son. If my son misses any classes due to a school activity or due to illness, Master Elliot is great about letting him make up the classes another day that works best for us. They’re also pretty flexible with the days and times you go as long as you go on the days and times of your child’s level. The center is always clean and smelling great, there’s seats for the parents/family members to sit at, there’s restrooms, and windows so you can see your child(ren) during class. There’s also a charging station where you can charge your phone in case if you’ve been running around all day, and plenty of parking. Last, but not least, every day after the kids are done with their training and workout, the kids always do fun activities. They range from group races, line drills, “snowball” fights, and other games. The kids really look forward to this and they have something to look forward to for all their hard work. We love Peoria Martial Arts! Master Elliott has been working with my daughter for the past 3 years, since she was 4. Many martial arts schools offer children’s programs, but the instructors at PMAC are truly gifted in engaging, encouraging and teaching young children. They go beyond teaching only martial arts as a sport and focus on manners, communication and leadership, life skills that will benefit our kids in all areas of their lives. I highly recommend Peoria Martial Arts Center!
My son has been here for a couple of years, he is in the black belt club now. He has learned discipline and respect for others, He is always excited for class and He has made really good friends there. Master Elliot is a great mentor, I can tell that he really enjoys teaching them, he is excellent with kids. The facility is well set up and the most importantly is always clean.
I highly recommend Peoria Martial Arts Center (PMAC) for young children interested in martial arts. From the moment we stepped into the dojo, the passionate and dedicated instructors created a positive and encouraging environment for my 5-year-old.
