Chandler at Perfection PC was sensational. He was able to walk me through a quick-fix on my malfunctioning keyboard over the phone. And at no charge! This team took on the challenge of getting me back up and running, after our company IT department threw up their hands. This company was able to get my booted back up in the same day. Then got in touch with my IT department so they could remote in and run some final tests that admin privileges were needed for.
