I came in for the sale and the lovely staff went above and beyond to locate the perfect pieces for me despite being so busy. I didn’t catch her name but the tall staff member with short blonde hair gave the most helpful advice and also helped me with a refund, thank you! X

Whenever I'm in Leederville I try to drop into Perlu for their great range of contemporary designer jewellery (they also have an online store with in-store pickup of online orders available). I've also found several fantastic shirts and jumpers here, and for the first time I just bought a pair of shoes. The styles in this store, particularly the accessories, are very edgy and different. Above all the staff service is as good as it gets, with personal attention, useful feedback and no rush. This is one of my favourite places to shop in Perth!

Anytime I need an outfit, my Perlu girls have got me! They help me with options, give me honest opinions and what suits best and help me decide on accessories, WITHOUT feeling like they are trying to sell to me. They are more like shopping buddies :) thanks for all the beautiful outfits ladies xxx

Perlu is one of my favourite places to shop for my daughters, aged 18 and 23 but I also on occasion love to buy some Silk Laundry for myself from there. The main reason I love to shop here are that is an excellently curated collection of clothing and accessories, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I have also ordered online and found it to be an exceptional service. I love the loyalty program, which definitely encourages me to shop here - which is made easy by the fact that they always have items I like either for my daughters or myself.

I have ordered a couple of dresses online and the Perlu team has been nothing short of exceptional. I had to return one of them due to sizing and they acted very promptly and put the last dress size aside for me until they received my parcel (coming from Melbourne). Overall super happy with the customer service and their flexibility. Hoping to be able to visit the store someday :)
