Perot Museum of Nature and Science is an amazing place for kids. My children were fascinated by the giant T-Rex, mammoth, and other dinosaur exhibits. The museum is very interactive and keeps kids engaged while they learn through hands-on experiences. We had a great time and could easily spend hours here.
The kind of museum, thinking, global, and acting local. From the architecture to the smallest exhibits, this venue is very well done. It’s a great space for all ages and will blow one’s mind considering all the wonders of nature in the science that humankind has created through it. Parking is easy in Apple. There are stairs, but additional options for access. The pricing is very fair. Bring the family or take a romantic date. There is a small café, offering some nourishment.
We. LOVED. Every. Floor. As a homeschool family, the price couldnt be beat. The interactive aspect was great for our kids ranging from 2years old,9 and 13. It was incredibly informative, worth the time spent. Easy to navigate. And fun to explore. We had so much fun we didnt want to leave! They have things to do as you walk up to the mesuem, a whole floor just for your little ones, and 3 or 4 floors of exhibits that would certainly take several visits to digest. Have you kids bring a notebook! A small camera! Print out some activity to take with you for facts and opinions and it'll be the best field trip.
Had a very wonderful experience at Perot. Everyone was friendly and the museum was amazing! I had so much fun exploring the different levels and found out that they even do weddings here!!! There were so many interactive exhibits, especially on levels 3 and 4. You will not want to miss this !
We spent a few hours touring this museum, it was so much fun. They have five different levels you can explore. Our favorite section was the engineering hall because you can drive little robots. The toddler section is really nice and located on the lowest level.
