Love this gym! I started here with one-on-one personal training to gain strength after surgery. Darren is an experienced physical therapist assistant so he was able to safely guide me back to strength. He always came well prepared and was responsive to feedback. Now I’m in group classes and I love the vibe: no egos no frills and a great supportive inclusive community. If you want to be challenged while improving your social, mental, and physical health, this is the gym for you.
Love this gym! What really sets CoreFit Inc. apart is its atmosphere. Unlike some gyms that can feel intimidating or judgmental, CoreFit promotes a welcoming and inclusive environment. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer guidance or assistance when needed. In addition, CoreFit members are diverse, ranging from beginners to experienced/“seasoned” athletes, creating a supportive community that motivates you to push yourself harder and to “live your fit life.”
This is the BEST gym in Spokane, WA.! The coaches are truly amazing! They will modify workouts for any special individual needs and are always there to support you and your goals. The community they have developed at CoreFit is fantastic. We get together often inside and outside of the gym to enjoy many adventures together. This is my gym for life, come make it yours too!
I have been to many good gyms over the years but Corefit is by far the best. The trainers all know what they are doing. Kurt programs great workouts that keep challenging you. The location, being close to downtown / Southhill is convenient and easy to get to. The variety of classes and trainers can prepare you for almost anything. Many members train for Spartan races, half marathons, full marathons or Ironman. Some train to bulk and others to just lose weight and became healthier. The trainers can make any class fit your specific needs. All of these things are good but what makes Corefit great is the community. The gym is centered around creating an environment that brings you into a community. Its members help motivate and push you to be a better version of yourself. I’ve lost over 30lbs, all my lifts have gone up, ran a half marathon and completed a Spartan trifecta since joining the gym. For me, it started off as another place to get a good workout but ended up being a place where I made great friends. I cannot recommend this gym enough. It is an amazing place with incredible people.
