We had sight and sounds of vermin in the house which turned out to be rats. I called Pestforce and Werner called to assess. Werner was very professional and courteous at all times. He talked us through what his thoughts were and the best way of getting rid of the problem . I am glad to say that after 3 visit it appears that the infestation has gone. I got in contact with Pestforce due to finding what I thought was a bed bug on my bed. After a call with Werner, we set up a survey on the next working day, and he assured me that I do not have bed bugs; but instead had mould mites, which he instructed me on how to get rid of easily.
