Brought my dog Jasper here for the first time for nail trim, extraction and a bath the soap made him so clean and soft!! The workers were really good with him and friendly. They made sure we were taken care of and showed us how to do the self wash and helped us with types of bones or toys that would fit him best because he is a tough chewer . They have a good and healthy selection of treats, toys, food, jackets, bones and more. He likes it here so much we decided to join the VIP program. Prices are really fair and he got even got a free toy as part of the program plus unlimited baths and discounted grooming services..and will continue to every month. If you love your pets and want them around people who will care for them like their own.. I highly recommend this place!! Me and my fiancé can’t wait to bring him back for more washes!! Thank you!!
Very happy with the service for my pup! Discussed the cut with the groomers before hand and got exactly what I asked for. Efficient in time as well, right where they estimated. Will bring my dog back for his grooms!
Brittani is truly an exceptional groomer. From the moment you meet her, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about the animals she works with. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she treats every pet with patience, kindness, and respect. She takes the time to listen, makes sure each grooming is done exactly right, and somehow manages to make even nervous pets feel calm and comfortable. The results are always amazing—clean, happy, and perfectly groomed. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your fur baby, Brittani is the one. Professional, talented, and compassionate—she’s simply the best.
We have been VIP members here for over a year paying $30 per month. Bought all our dog food and treats here. Went in today for self serve baths & nail trims. The groomer let our yellow lab off the leash and he is the friendliest dog ever. Some other off breed black dog growled at ours and the worker Kira put a leash on our dog and literally man handled him and pulled him hard on a leash unnecessarily . We gave our dogs baths after that and the water was ice cold and they were literally shaking. I expressed my concerns to “Ryan” the owner and he said sorry as he smirked with another customer as we left. We were a great customer and felt so bad for our pup leaving.
I came all the way from Stillwater with "Richard" aka "Rick James" (my 13 lb 1/2 white and 1/2 tiger tabby) because his toenails/claws needed clipping very badly. This was the ONLY place that has Vets on-site and ready to help TODAY. (and EVERY DAY!) I walked in with him and they came right out and took him away for about 4 minutes or less and when they brought him out, his claws were perfectly clipped, and he was ready to go! I was amazed. It was only around $23...I was very impressed and I was able to leave a tip of my choice. Sidenote: Every other place I called, even Petco, would not just take him for a clipping, they required an intake appointment and evaluation prior to being able to even schedule an appointment for a clipping....And Pet Evolution was the only place that told me to bring him on in right away, Veterinarians are on-site every weekday until 6:30 PM!!! That's good Customer Service, if ya ask me. and ya did, so here we are.....Overall, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Much thanks.
