Staff is so-so. Dog wash layout is inconvenient, soaps and supplies are behind you steps away from wet, panicky dog.
Friendly and wonderful staff, they’re always ready to help when needed. Spacious and clean, many pet food options especially if your pet has dietary needs. Great dog wash with towels and leashes available, and treats too! My no.1 pet food stop whenever my stock is low and I’m heading home from work. Keep up the great work guys!

It makes a big difference when you can get what you need quickly without feeling overwhelmed, and their positive energy makes even a short trip feel like a bright spot in my day. Highly recommend this location for both the convenience and the consistently wonderful customer service! Another reason I keep coming back: they’re one of the only pet stores around that carry FROMM Family dog food, which is a must-have for my pup. It’s so convenient to be able to pick up quality pet food.
Great selection of food for dogs and cats. Unlike most chains, Pet Food Express carries a lot of really good brands, including imports from Canada. If you have a dog, you can use the self-service area to wash your dog (for a fee). All in all, lots of great products and helpful staff.
Lovely atmosphere. A bit cozy and tight with the isles and all, nevertheless they have ample items. The staff are quite knowledgeable, it's a bit tricky to get a hold of them. Nevertheless the staff will help you out with any of the questions you have. A bit on the pricey side but they have some rare brands which is totally worth it.
