I love this place! I've been taking my dog here for over 5 years. They always leave her looking beautiful and happy, and they send me a photo with a different background every time I took snowy there 🥰 I love it! Very thankful for the team at Pet Stylista. Our previous groomer suddenly went out of business, as a result, we were in a tight spot as we needed a grooming appointment as as the year gets to a close, most salons weren't accepting new clients. Pet Stylista came through and was able to accommodate us on short notice. I genuinely appreciated their responsiveness and their automated messaging system reminding me of my appointment in addition to the transparency of their operations. I also enjoyed the report card!
First visit, but our cat Aki seems to be very happy and confident since he got groomed! He must have had a great time :) Loved the report card and the treats. He was looking for those treats when we got home for sure (they were in the brown bag on top of his carrier; he went inside it to look—he normally hates his carrier so…the treats explains a lot ahhaha.) (here’s a photo of him enjoying his food as soon as he got home…)
We have been taking our little lady aka "Marf" to Pet Stylista for many years. They are very friendly and kind, you can tell that they really love what they do. Our little Marf is a very anxious rescue that scares easily and they are super gentle with her, take their time, and always do an amazing job. We highly recommend them.
