Absolutely terrible experience with Stacy at Petal Creations. She was supposed to deliver flowers to my place of business before noon, but didn’t bother showing up until 4:15 PM. When she was asked about the delay, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me, saying that she did not know that I “got off work early” — which was completely untrue and unbelievably rude. Her attitude was condescending and unprofessional from start to finish. I’ve never dealt with someone so lacking in basic customer service. I will never order from this shop again and strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
Stacy creates the most incredible arrangements that are customized for every occasion and individual. I love allowing her creative freedom and I am always impressed by what she delivers. If you’re looking for a personal florist for any occasion, be sure to visit with Petal Creations.
Came in very late on a Friday. 20 min before they closed. Flowers for my anniversary (38 yrs). My wife said it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers she's ever seen. You said you wanted to be my florist..I guess you now are. Also, a week later and they look like the day i bought them. That's not happened before. Thanks for the talk and candor. Appreciate your craft. You do great work. BTW, she loved the vase I picked so I kinda got you there.
A friend gave me Stacy's name at Petal Creations to design a bouquet for my niece's bridal shower. I gave her a picture of the paper plates we were using and she took it from there and created the most gorgeous arrangement. Very unique and contemporary. It set the stage for our food table. Everybody raved about them! Here's a pic. I was very pleased!
This is an amazing place to find exactly what you need! Having said that, it might not be what you want, or what you were expecting. Yes it costs more than going to a grocery store for flowers, but they have so much more quality and elegance, it's worth the extra. Stacey makes art, not just bouquets and arrangements. Give her a try. You won't be disappointed!
