I had an excellent experience here having 2 silver rings resized, including one Gucci ring that I was very nervous about making smaller. I worked with Kala (probably spelled that wrong) during the drop-off and pickup. She was super friendly both times and helped me feel confident about their process. I got the rings back and they both fit perfectly. And the alteration on the Gucci ring is very easily hidden by having that side on the underside of my finger. Thanks so much!
AMAZING repair service! I have my most favorite silver ring that kept breaking due to a thin band. They added silver, made the band thicker and even kept it the exact size I brought it in as! When I picked it up I was impressed with how clean and shiny it was! Absolutely 5 stars and will be taking ALL my jewelry to them from here on out. To top it all off, I had some unexpected bills pop up and couldn't get my ring back right away and they reassured me it would be there waiting when I was ready to pick it up! Thank yall!!!

The most wonderful people to work with! My fiancé and I went ring shopping a few months ago and visited a few chain stores, but none of them really understood what I wanted - even when I sent photos, which was very frustrating. Lina invited us to stop in, saying she had a diamond and setting she thought we’d love, and she was right! She knew exactly what I envisioned after just one conversation. She was so helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I know my fiancé was especially grateful for how seamless everything was. Always friendly, attentive, and has really nice jewelry for a fair price. Tons of charms to choose from too. They also do custom orders. My favorite local jewelry place.
