She is always so warm and kind and always make sure to remind me that there is coffee and bagels and other snacks! She was also very communicative! Repairs required that several front, side, and rear panels and supporting parts be refurbished or replaced. Majority of the car had to be repainted and color matched. My two-year-old Toyota is like new. I am very satisfied!
