Heat pump wasn't working for heat. Emergency heat wouldn't come on. We hadn't used the heat for a couple of years.(It's Florida, right?) Made a call around 9am and they were here within an hour. Bobby diagnosed the issue, Luke called with an estimation. We had heat by 1pm. Professional, quick and reasonable.

On Monday we tried to put the heat on for the very first time. Phillips put a new AC in for us back in April of 2025. Heat wasn't working and we called Phillips for service. We had appointments on Monday and Phillips agreed to come on Tuesday. What I like about Phillips is they notify you regarding appointments and arrival times. Bobby came on time Tuesday and very quickly found the issue and the heat was on. Bobby explained the problem and said that it was just something that was overlooked during installation and he apologized. We were very satisfied with the customer service from Phillips and would highly recommend this company for your cooling and heating needs.

Luke Phillips from Phillips AC came out to my house today for service on my AC unit. He was only here for a few minutes to fix the issue and did not try to sell me another system or over-exaggerate any of the repair items. In fact, he cautioned me about dumping additional money into a system nearing the end of its useful life. Very knowledgable, experienced, & trustworthy, when the time comes for system replacement I will indeed be working with Phillips AC. Thanks!

Called Phillips after another local AC company did a botch job- Luke, the owner booked me immediately and came to personally assess everything / diagnose the issue. He then immediately sent his team out to complete the job. The job was incredibly well done, in a reasonable amount time & was extremely fair priced. Such an attentive & knowledgeable team! Plans to recommend to friends in the area. If you don’t go with them, you’ll be sorry. Thank you Phillips!

Great service!! The techs showed up on time and worked until it was done. I had a new system installed and they sent a team of people to insure it was completed as quickly as possible. Luke has a great shop.
