This place is the absolute worst. I had a pre-scheduled appointment and still waited an hour to be seen. Then, once called back, they were short, didn’t even take my temperature, and the physician was MAYBE in the room for 3 minutes. Since rapid tests for flu and COVID were negative, he shrugged at me, said it was likely a virus based on the symptoms I “rattled off”, and that he would prescribe an antibiotic but “who knows if it’ll do anything”. He prescribed me expensive cough syrup (I never had a cough) and an over the counter dose of ibuprofen for my *severe* nerve pain. I also didn’t get access to my antibiotic for 3 days because of their inability to answer the phone, when I called a dozen times, to switch pharmacies, since mine was closed for the weekend. Lastly, they have no patient portal for paperwork so I had to physically go to the clinic again and wait *half an hour* for a simple, printed receipt to provide my FSA company. This was the most atrocious urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The only person who seems to care at all, ironically, is Sherry at the front desk, who is clearly overworked and under appreciated. Being ill is hard enough without going through experiences like this. It shouldn’t be this impossible to get half decent care.
Staff, nurses & my provider were all friendly. Like most folks sitting at the dr & getting tests done to see if you have the flu or strep is 1 of the things in life you just have to grit your teeth & get through & no one wants to do it. But the staff made up for it by their compassion & positive attitudes. Definitely coming here next time Im sick.
I’ve visited this doctor’s office 3 times and I have consistently gotten excellent care. The whole team is compassionate and very helpful. If you make an appointment ahead of time online there is no wait and you will be served at your appointment time! I have always been in and out in under an hour, even with this peak flu season. Very thankful to have such a good doctors office right down the road.
I would recommend scheduling an appointment and installing the Solv app. However, I've both scheduled and walked-in. Both times have been pleasant experiences. This time I did walk-in and installed the app after I checked in at the desk. I was able to see where I was in line. Even though there were walk-ins and scheduled appointments, the environment was pleasant and professional and each staff member was pleasant, professional and caring. I highly recommend this Physicians Care location.
The doctor and nurse I saw were really nice and throughly. I’m deaf and they made sure I understood them when they talked. Dr’s lips were readable so no issue there. Very nice people and a good experience.
