I am incredibly encouraged after my three private sessions with Sarah! For years, I struggled with sciatica flare-ups that had become more frequent as I've gotten older. More recently, I'd also been battling chronic sits bone pain for months. That pain is basically gone now. I am not one to exaggerate – this truly has been life-changing! At each appointment, Sarah took the time to listen to my specific concerns and immediately addressed the issues comprehensively, engaging both big and small muscle groups. We focused on the Reformer and also simple exercises I can do at home. She even taught me the basics of the machine for when I'm ready to take a class. Sarah clearly enjoys helping her clients feel their best! Her space is private, cozy, well-lit, and relaxing, and she is wonderfully positive. 5 out 5 — I can't recommend her enough!
