Nice clean environment, friendly staff and great food but the lanes need oiled regularly. We had every lane reserved for a work party and everyone had the same complaint, super dry Halfway down the lanes. Had a blast though
Bad quality service. I had to wait 15 min for 1 drink at the bar because the tender was "busy". I was sitting the table and there was vomit on the booth behind me that was not cleaned up till later. El monstero was awesome. But the pin up is trash. Honestly don't waste your money on overpriced cheap liquor.
when asked if shoes come in half sizes I was just told "eh..." when asking other questions at the bar was told "I dont know." served an absolutely undrinkable drink. questions about charges to our bill were met with eye rolls and more "i dont know." charged for games we did not play and it was explained that there was poor communication on our end in the number of games that were supposed to be played during our time there. its like no one wanted to be there, explain anything, or offer to make our visit any kind of enjoyable.
I didn’t come here to bowl, but to meet up with friends. I got there first & it was still early in the evening & was able to check out the place. It’s really nice! It didn’t feel like I was in StL, it gives off a great vibe. There is a lounge area near the front windows to talk with friends in comfort. And the cocktail menu was extensive with creative combinations. Olivia is very knowledgeable & an attentive bartender. She made a drink based off of my friend’s likes/dislikes & he begged to know what was in it because they were going back to San Diego the next day. She happy obliged & we tipped her well. 😊 🍸
Came in with my friends and from the start customer service was very good. 3 games + shoes person was $22 which is not bad at all, the places was really nice and had a great atmosphere! We ordered 3 pizzas which took a little long but they were very good at the end. The only downside we had that night is that it was only cash which was an inconvenience, but they had an atm there so I guess that helped. Overall we had a nice experience!
