Sweet or savory, the food is solid. Great location for Marlins fans.
This Pinecrest location is very convenient for me—less than two miles from my home—and the food itself is good. Unfortunately, the customer service consistently ruins the experience. Several staff members display a lack of patience, speak to customers in a dismissive or rude manner, and sometimes talk back instead of helping. There is little to no sense of hospitality. I’ve also witnessed delivery drivers being ignored, with orders sitting on racks while employees appear disengaged rather than assisting. This location has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs better customer service training, stronger leadership, and accountability. Hospitality is about respect, urgency, and professionalism—none of which feel consistent here. If customers are treated poorly, they simply won’t return, no matter how good the food is. I hope management addresses this, because with improved service, this location could be excellent.
Upon arriving i was greeted with a smile i ordered spinach & ropa vieja empanadas 2:30pm and it was fresh also croqueta de queso y bacalao so tasty the crumb they use to cover the croquettes was fried to perfection the spinach empanada taste like spinach dip wrap in dough delicious let me tell you about the house hot sauce wow insanely good with a hint of guave that makes it sweet but with a kick of hotness spicy i loved it.this location beats the one in downtown plus the price is cheaper.definitely returning plenty of parking a 7 tables.
I coming for the first day. I love this play for the outstanding costumer services. All food desserts and more are excellent. Clean place very organize and smell goodddddd. Congratulation to everyone and to the owner
Coffee is very good!! Service is fast and they had a very nice organization. Can't say enough about the pastries and bread!!! Definitely coming back for more.
