Nick Casper is genuinely one of the best people you’ll ever meet, and Pinz is lucky as hell to have him. From the moment you interact with Nick, you can tell he actually cares—not just about doing his job, but about people. He’s welcoming, patient, and goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great experience, no matter how busy things get. Nick brings positive energy everywhere he goes. He’s the kind of guy who makes the whole place better just by being there—calm under pressure, respectful to everyone, and always willing to help without being asked. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that pride shows in how smoothly everything runs when he’s working.

First time at Pinz for an 8yr olds bday. We opted not to get a private room for the birthday but that looks like a great option if needed. Instead, we had a group of 7 bowling for 2 hours. It was a really fun environment and everyone left happy. All staff were very helpful and attentive. The manager, JT, made sure we were settled and continued to check in throughout the time we were there. Incredibly friendly and personable. Highly recommend.

We go here every year for Christmas Day since it's largely centralized for our extended family. It's always fun, the food is good and we're always up for laser tag!

Don’t call it a comeback because Pinz absolutely delivered!!! We had a rough first visit some time ago, but I’m thrilled to say they completely turned things around for us during our recent Saturday night outing. We arrived around 10:00 p.m. and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Pinz offers so much more than bowling—there’s a lively arcade, a full bar, and a VIP bowling area that feels more private and upscale. We were lucky enough to get a lane in that area, and it really made the night special. Kenny, Isabel, and Cleo were outstanding. We shared our previous experience with Kenny and Isabel, and they went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. The hospitality we received was truly next-level—we felt relaxed, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The bowling balls were plentiful, the shoes were comfortable, and the entire space was clean and inviting. We ordered the pretzel duo, which came with a creamy white cheese sauce and the best honey mustard I’ve ever had. The pretzel itself was warm, buttery, and had that perfect yeasty flavor. Drinks were flowing and the vibe was just right. After bowling, we hit the game area --> and wow! So many fun options, well-maintained and easy to navigate. As someone with vision issues, I really appreciated how accessible everything was. No steps or odd lighting—just a well-lit, user-friendly space that made everything easy to enjoy. And the price? $13 for unlimited bowling after 9:00 p.m. plus shoes—it blows other places out of the water. My wife recently lost her mother, and this outing was a much-needed escape. Thanks to the team at Pinz, we were able to laugh, relax, and make new memories. We can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend! A++++ Get yourself and your loved ones over to Pinz—you won’t regret it.
