My hubby and I love this establishment! We’ve been bringing our puppy Lilly and our older guy Charlie here for awhile now. Every single person we’ve met who works there is so friendly and informative and you can tell they love their jobs! We took Lilly this past week for a full grooming and she looks amazing! She was scruffy when we took her and she’s absolutely cute and fluffy again 🥰Shout out to Alyssa for doing the best grooming we’ve ever experienced with Lilly ❤️ Thank you to all who work here. We really appreciate you guys!
Zeus and Milo have loved their time at Pittsburgh Paws. Over the years Paws has been a wonderful second home for both an aging black lab who was loved and cared for and his brother, a highly energetic golden retriever. We have had nothing but positive experiences at Paws, and could not ask for a more caring staff and business owner.
Thank you for another week of watching our boys Harley and Scooby. You are the best and we have proudly talked to all of our friends and neighbors with pets about your facility.
This was the second time we used the Sewickley location for our Bug. He is a nervous cat with strangers and their professionalism and kindness to both Bug and us was so much appreciated. The facility was clean and bright, they didn't mind us calling to check on him while we were away, and within 5 minutes of returning home, he was back to relaxing on the couch with us. Thank you Jen and staff for caring for our love Bug!
We have taken our dog Penny here many times over the years while we went out of town or had busy weekends where we’d be unable to give her the attention she deserves. I love how easy it is to book her stay online, and communication is always top notch. During one of her more recent stays, Penny wasn’t behaving normally, and I was alerted to the issue immediately. We were fortunately returning the next day, and during the time between Paws kept us in the loop every step of the way. Fortunately P was just a bit stressed and back to herself in a few days. Jen (the owner) and I chatted about accommodations we could make during her next visit, and during her most recent stay our girl had a fabulous time. The staff even sent me a text during our vacation just to give me peace of mind that she was doing well. It’s also comforting that the employees generally remain unchanged at each of our visits. That’s always a detail as a client I pay attention to. Can’t say enough good things about P’s home away from home.
