Nice facility! Lots of smiling friendly staff members, good selection of equipment, patrons seemed upbeat as well. Street parking is metered, nut otherwise really nice gym, although seemed a little smaller than some other local PFs.
I go here for classes with Kelly. She's great! I really appreciate how much she cares about each of us training with her, as individuals, with different goals. A lot of places treat you as one group, All doing same thing. 10/10 recommend her!✨
Honestly came in to take a peak at the gym to recommend for a few clients of mines and wasn’t even allowed in because I had existing memberships at other planet fitness’s who’s balance were not up to date. I’ve been to several planet fitness and this has NEVER been the case, I informed him that I just wanted to look inside the building as a few of my clients are in the nearby area and being a personal trainer they trust my judgment. He very nastily said there’s nothing I can do about that and asked me to leave. I asked him how about you just show me around then, that’s the harm in a short walk, he proceeded to inform me that I cannot tour the gym, a simple tour. Quite honestly the most unwelcome I’ve ever felt in a facility. Never seen this dude in my life, but apparently he has something against in shape people who want to better their lives. Sucks for him and his hair. I will be reaching out to the owner personally that the athletic director of Wayne County’s Sports and Rec. department simply couldn’t step foot in a place where I thought it was a judgment free zone. Ha what a joke! I mean it is planet fitness, I guess I should have expected this type of treatment.
Very nice, clean facility. Equipments all new. Nice customer service. All on all 10/10 experience.
