My husband and friends have been coming here for a month or so now and let me tell you I have no been to a better gym yet. They treat you like family here. Always trying to go outta their way with helping you with any and everything that they can. I really love coming here. Tonight I watched staff go above and beyond to help people that came in from the Raven and Steelers game with needing the bathroom or a charger. You guys rock here. ❤️
Keynaud is the best employee here!!!! He is so helpful always welcoming. He accommodating. He is super efficient I see him owning his own Planet Fitness one day I see how all the other employees asking for something and he literally knows everything
I been going to planet fitness for a bit and out of all the employees who is very excellent is a guy name keynard, sorry if I spelled it wrong, but he’s always there and knows how to manage the facility by himself on Saturdays, also he’s always engaging with customers and helping out when asked. I’m mostly happy when I see him there. Best I’ve seen so far, he needs some type of raise or reward.
This one is nicer than the others. Even though we all need to make sure we clean behind ourselves the staff makes sure things are wiped down. I do always feel pushed to get a membership but that’s just their job. Sometimes i just want to pay and go inside.
I have been going here since it opened and it is very convenient for my life and with my schedule. The reason I rated how I did is because I'm there 3am sometimes 4am 3 times a week and with the scheduled change of hours that is in place for September 1, 2025 it will not allow me to start my day off properly. Hopefully this is not a permanent change of hours because I may have to go somewhere else that can accommodate the time frame that I desire. Hopefully you can take into consideration that there are some people that get up early, use your services, and go on with the rest of their day because myself and several others are consistently there 3am, 4am, and 5am on the 24 hour days. Much appreciation for your time.
