I called with an "urgent" request. The person on the phone was so thoughtful and they were able to get it made the same day. Very thankful.
I placed my order for birthday flowers for my mother early this morning around 9am. I had accidentally used the wrong email and wanted to get updates on the status. I called around lunch and spoke with a woman who did not seem happy and delivered some rough customer service but we all have bad days. I called again around 3pm because they close at 4pm and her flowers still hadn’t been delivered yet but the man I spoke with ensured they would get delivered. About 20 min later he called back to say he had personally delivered the flowers to my mom himself!! All I can say is thank you x 100 to that man! My mom is elderly and would have gone to bed and missed her flowers had they been delivered too late so this was extremely appreciated!!!

We had an amazing experience with customer service and prices at Plants and Answers. My son and I were on a mission to find a corsage and boutonniere for his prom, but we faced either sky-high prices or shops that were out of roses. Just a day before the event, we found Plants and Answers, and they truly saved the day with their unbeatable quality and pricing. My son placed the order himself, and when I went to pick it up, the florist treated him like an old friend and spoke so highly of his character, which made me so proud. Huge thanks to the team for making this special occasion even better!
I received a small bouquet as a gift from this shop on March 8. It was gorgeous when I got it and, after two weeks of it looking amazing, I started to call it the undead bouquet because this thing wont quit! I wish I knew what they did to make them last so long! I’d say the sender definitely got their money’s worth! The photos attached show it upon receipt, at 14 days, and lastly at 21 days!
