Can't say enough nice things about this vet clinic. They took great care of our dog for many years, including those awkward Covid years. They were always professional, clean and also very friendly and personable. You don't have to worry about them doing the car-mechanic thing where they try to push stuff your pet doesn't need, they were always very honest with us. I feel grateful to have called this place our vet clinic for the time we lived in Vancouver. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to a friend or family member.

I will preface and say that the front desk staff, vet tech and vet are all very friendly, and I’ll probably recommend my friends who have dogs to visit them. It’s a nice place. However, I will be seeking another place for my cats as I think either this place’s main patient target is dogs or just the doctor we saw was not that experienced with cats. We came in for a fairly common cat skin condition and the vet was very vague in her diagnosis and basically told us the same thing we searched online. They are very nice and emailed us further information, which unfortunately is also the first website showed up when we googled. The advice she gave (with an unsure tone) caused the problem to spread to the other cat we had at home. The bill is also very expensive, which reminded me of the “basic” wellbeing check she performed on them the first time that took 5 mins and over $120, and a “I can’t hear their heart because they purred so loud, but I guess she’s fine”. I really want this hospital to work because we live very close by, and maybe another doctor will be more knowledgeable, but not sure if I want to try again.

This place is amazing! I have been with Point grey vet for 17 years, the life of my dog. He was a puppy when he got his first check up here and they were the ones to put him down due to his sickness. It was the saddest day of my life but Point Grey Vet made the process comforting and smooth. They were very caring and considerate for his health throughout his lifetime. The team went above and beyond my expectations by sending this card, paw prints and fur to say goodbye to my dog, Brewster, after his passing. They didn’t have to do this because I’m no longer a customer 🤷🏻‍♀️ but they did it because they care about the animals and people 🙏🏻 Thank you looking out for every pet that walks through your doors. I would suggest this place in a heart beat! 🐕 🐈

The staff here are always so loving, kind, sweet, and they give the BEST treats ever. ♥️ I used to be super nervous about going but everyone that works there genuinely loves what they do and you can tell by the consistency of the amazing service every time. I used to have so much anxiety about vet appointments but point grey vet makes me feel right at home always… and all the yummy treats and cuddles! Home away from home. 10/10 recommend! Before we got our puppy in October we did a lot of research in order to find the absolute best possible vet in Vancouver. This research lead us to choose Point Grey Veterinary Hospital. I simply can't say enough great things about them! Every appointment we have had with them has been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. As a first time dog owner I especially appreciate all the guidance and advice they have provided to us to ensure that Humphrey has the best possible health and happiness. Since I have no prior knowledge or experience myself, I really rely on them. My dog loves his visits and is always greeted so warmly by all the staff. Anyone looking for a vet should definitely go to Point Grey Veterinary Hospital!
