Very clean and sanitary which I could appreciate it. The gold and white decor is very cute and sleek. They are extremely thorough and ask everyone for identification and paperwork to be fill out. These ladies are awesome and get the job done. Very professional demeanor . I gave 4 stars due to price. They are a tad bit pricey. I only bought two replacement jewelry for my nose and tragus piercings and for them to install them. I’ve had both piercings for many years so I did not get or need a new piercing. The jewelry I chose was titanium and wasn’t 14k but I still was charged $93 with a service fee included in the price. A bit pricey from what I am used to and where I am from. Also the parking is an issue. Street parking only which is a drag and on a one way street. Otherwise, this a decent shop. Indigo was pleasant and sweet .

I brought my 12-year-old daughter in because she had a bump on her nose piercing that was done somewhere else about two months ago. Everyone at Poke A Dotz was incredibly nice, professional, and welcoming. We both felt very comfortable right away. Moxie and Maddie took the time to answer all our questions, explain what was going on, and gave my daughter a compression disc to help with the healing. We really appreciated how caring and knowledgeable they both were — definitely a great experience! ----------------------- I had a great experience at Poke A Dotz Tattoos and Piercings. I came in for a belly (floating) piercing, and the whole process felt very professional and well thought out. My piercer, Giggz, was knowledgeable, calm, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They provided very detailed aftercare instructions, explaining exactly how to clean the piercing, what to expect during healing, and what to avoid. I really appreciated how thorough and clear everything was — it made me feel confident taking care of my piercing at home. They also made sure the jewelry size was appropriate for healing (14g, 9/16 length), which helped ease my worries about swelling. The shop felt clean and organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and proper healing. I would definitely recommend Poke A Dotz to anyone looking for a safe, professional piercing experience. I’ll be coming back!

My homie and I went a few days ago to get our nipples pierced and we had a really good experience! Our piercer was Matrix, and she was extremely professional and kind to us during our time there. With such a sensitive area, both of us were EXTREMELY nervous, but she talked us through the process and gave us the space and time to recuperate when we needed it. I would highly recommend this place for getting pierced in a more sensitive area, as they were quick and easy, but also very caring and knowledgeable. :) Would definitely come back here, my piercings look amazing and they’re already healing very well. Thank you so much guys!

first off, biggest THANK YOU to Moxxie for always making my piercings so lovely, and having the best convos with her!! absolutely love love love this place!! a couple of days ago i got my rook done, and i was IN LOVE! sweetest staff to exist, and i feel so safe and welcomed by all the girlies whenever im there. i also got my belly button done a bit over a year ago, and it healed in 2 months with zero problems! i mention pokeadotz to all my friends because it is seriously the BEST piercing parlor in sacramento!!!! (photos of my rook+ear piercings, and my belly button piercing) !!!

Had an amazing experience, everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and answer all questions you have. Super clean environment. Jewelry selection is also really nice. I got my second nose piercing and my sternum piercing and it was super fast, painless and the best decision I made. Definitely love my piercings and will be back for more!! Highly recommended.
