My initial call was answered by Erica, my case and contact information was taken, and almost immediately, I had a reply from Attorney Whitney Polson. Whitney was extremely helpful, providing me a clear on concise explanation of the law and provided me with options, just as every attorney should do. He let me know that I would be able to handle it myself and also gave me the comfort of assuring me that he would handle it for me if I requested. As mentioned previously, I wanted this matter handled by professionals to ensure my success in contesting this citation, so I requested his assistance. Moving forward, I had a family matter that conflicted with my first court date, I was unable to correspond with the courts, as they are very unresponsive or helpful. While I was not present for the required court appearance, he was there for me to switch my court date and prevent me from getting a FTA failure to appear/warrant for my arrest, BIG RELIEF! Appearing at the rescheduled court date, I was met by Attorney Zander Carrie: Zander was very responsive, punctual, and professional, and began our contesting process, scheduling another court date.
