Had a fantastic lunch at Pur & Simple Waterloo. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious ❤️. Every bite hit the spot. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Huge shout-out to our server, Jameson, who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even better. Excellent service and great food. Between this location and the Kitchener location, I will say the brilliance is neck and neck. Both locations are equally PURRRRFECTLY SIMPLE!❤️❤️
Me and my friend really enjoyed our time here! The food was so good, we got the chicken and waffles and the red velvet pancakes, and both came out warm, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, and our server was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’d only been working there for a couple of weeks, and he did such a great job. We come here pretty often, and even on busy Sunday mornings they’re able to accommodate us. Definitely a perfect spot for breakfast or brunch!
Most excellent 1st visit. Food choices were plentiful and the taste was amazing. Jameson was one of the best staff we have ever encountered. Very pleasant and upbeat, offering many suggestions and professionalism. Would definitely recommend and I will be back. Truly a fantastic experience.
Aaron was great! Very attentive very kind server! Thanks for making my experience here pleasant. The food was top notch, smelt it from the door. Exceeded my expectations. Espresso pancakes are a must, if you don’t like overly sweet it’s the perfect treat. Extra hollandaise to go! That was delicious 🤤
Food was fantastic. Super creative menu options if you want something different, along with all the staples you’d expect. Our server Aaron went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent time, and even gave our friend a dessert for her birthday. Will definitely be coming back
