Precision Air & Plumbing truly went above and beyond for us. From start to finish, they took great care of our home and delivered a fantastic installation with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work. Our technician, Ivan, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our space, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. He explained things clearly, worked carefully, and left everything clean and organized. It’s rare to find that level of care these days, and Ivan absolutely represents the company well. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and feel confident knowing the job was done correctly. Huge thanks to Precision Air & Plumbing and especially Ivan! We’re very grateful and would recommend them without hesitation!

install went well. we asked to reroute the condensation line from running across the roof into a vent. we were told...no problem.👌 the cleanup was was not what we expected. the unit...duct work and insulation were piled onto the street. we live on a fairly severe curve and when it started to get dark...we were worried that someone might run into the mess. we called just before 5:00 and felt better after being told cleanup was running late...but when it got dark we moved a car in front of the pile. a little after 7:30 a young man showed up. never came to the house to say he was here or that he was done. final cleanup consisted of using a leaf blower to blow the insulation across the street into the neighbors yard. i spent my saturday morning sweeping up sheet metal screws... insulation and drywall plaster. left us thinking that paying a premium for the Precision Air brand was a let down. i did send an email on saturday and talked to our sales tech...no response. UPDATE: Email & phone call were never responded to...but posting a less than desirable review prompted Precision to give us a call. Bethany spent 45 minutes with us going over the specifics of our complaint. It turns out that the cleanup crew is a third party...not Precision employees. Precision has little control on what time the cleanup crew will arrive and at what level they preform at. Using our anecdotal experience...Bethany was going to reach out to their sub contractor and point out the deficiency. Going forward we believe that Precision will preform to the high bar they have set..hence the new 4 star rating

I have been a loyal customer of precision for many years. we were talked in to the vent cleaning service and I'm sad to say the amount of dust, drywall and paint that was knocked off in and around our vents will cause me hours of cleaning and repainting. they also left their taeps up in some places. these are just a few photos

Ok, I’m from Alaska and AC is not a thing. I have had several people out and they all said - it’s fine. I got these guys and they identified and fixed the problems. Yes - problems. The service seems pricey but if I had just called them first - it would have been corrected faster and less expensive in the end. The workers were knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They provided a wealth of information and didn’t attempt to fabricate or embellish on what was or was not needed. Great work from professionals. 1. Ductwork redirecting 2. Surge protector installed 3. Slow start system installed 4. Filled with coolant 2lbs 5. Fixed micro leak and rechecked - not in this order :)

Miguel & Chris came out to fix my main drain in the master bathroom. It was replaced before I purchased the home by another company and it was done poorly and has been leaking fir the last 9 years. Good thing we found the leak and repaired it properly. Great work guys!!! THANK YOU!!
