Booked a session but was unable to even go because the building was locked. I arrived early and spent 30 minutes attempting to call and get in. Attempted to email and got an "email does not exsist" response. Is this even a real studio? Can someone please advise
Ruined my back during a private session by bending and stretching me backwards over a foam roller. I hollered in pain but that didn't stop her. The next day there was numbness in the area which gradually resolved but the pain still comes and goes. That was in 2008!! I have had physical therapy for this but it didn't help. Obviously there isn't much body knowledge here so choose your instructor carefully when going to an exercise studio. I certainly would not go here. Should have asked for more money back but I didn't. Too late now.
I’m so thankful I found Precision! From my very first session with Amber it was incredibly clear how knowledgeable she is and also how passionate she is about sharing what she knows to help make your life better. She immediately picked up on so many things within my body that I have had chronic issues with, it was like she could read my mind. I have had the opportunity to work with Amber, Lex, Junna and Lisa - you cannot go wrong! Everyone is intelligent, kind and committed to guiding you on your Pilates journey. Couldn’t recommend Precision more, it is the best!
Amber Butler, owner and founder of Precision Pilates, welcomed me warmly to 2 private sessions. The purpose of both was to refresh my memory of 10 years of Pilates classes and ready me for group classes. During the sessions, she analyzed my body precisely. Her studio is aptly named! She noticed the smallest irregularities caused by a lifetime of injuries. On the spot she showed me modifications to usual routines suited to my needs and age. Her manner is forthright and nurturing. I feel very safe working with her because of her vast knowledge of people and the human body that she gained through years of experience and constant education. Truly she earned her title as a distinguished Master Pilates Teacher.
The Studio is warm and inviting and Amber and her instructors are thoroughly trained. I always feel so good physically when I finish my class. Plus Amber sells high quality exercise clothing and Pilates equipment too. The place to be in Spokane for Pilates!
