I’m can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this company and everyone who works here . My grandmother had a cracked sewer pipe and between scheduling and getting the work done , it’s been a breeze . The customer service here is excellent. Every single employee is so kind and helpful with any question we have had. . I called first thing this morning because my grandmother had a clogged toilet . They got out the same day and it’s back to normal . This is a wonderful company to use for any plumbing needs and I appreciate them so much for being so reliable , friendly , and honest .
We had a great experience with Precision Plumbing. The technician , Jay, diagnosed and fixed several leaks in our home and also serviced our tankless water heater. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done efficiently. While trying to search for a plumbing service to inspect a sewer line on a house we are trying to buy, precision Plumbing was recommended. While discussing with several other companies, no clear direction was provided. Precision Plumbing was able to come out and gave a quick assessment for inspecting the sewer line. Eddie and his apprentice was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. They were done in less than 15 mins and it was half the cost quoted from various vendors. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and look forward working with them in the future.
