Great experience overall. I came in with severe lower-back and leg issues after giving birth, and within a few sessions with Dr. Marc Bjiman, I saw a positive improvement: about 98% better. I really appreciated the care, clear explanations, and the focus on helping me move comfortably again. Highly recommend for postpartum back support.
My first RMT appointment with Linda. Linda was professional, talkative, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I had a massage with cupping for tight muscles in my back. Pressure was perfect and she checked in to ensure I was comfortable. Immediately booked a follow up massage with acupuncture. 5 stars!
I had my first session of physiotherapy after my ACL reconstruction surgery. Katie was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative, patient, thorough, caring and positive! The facility is beautifully maintained and the staff is great! I'm looking forward to recuperating with these amazing people by my side!
Had post op physiotherapy after both total knee replacement surgeries. Phenomenal staff and facility. The staff worked incredibly well with me on both occasions to get the flexibility back to both my knees! The staff are professional, caring and dedicated to their patients and their profession. I would highly recommend Preferred Rehab! Ryan was my Physiotherapist and he was fantastic – very professional and knowledgeable! His initial assessment was very thorough and we developed a 6 week plan to treat my pain. I visited twice a week and the staff are excellent at what they do! Harkomal and Ryan were always very enthusiastic and it was evident that they were really invested in helping me get better. Jenna and Kristin at reception were also great, always upbeat and greeted me by name each time I walked in! I also appreciated the clinic’s flexibility around by schedule, the email reminders and email receipts were also appreciated. I should also mention that the facility itself was fantastic – new, bright, and clean with state of the art equipment! I will be returning to Preferred Rehab for any future needs and won’t hesitate to refer friends and family to this great team!
