We moved this weekend, and after our originally scheduled moving company canceled on us at the last minute, claiming the job would take over nine hours. We were left stressed and scrambling. We called several movers with no luck, and just when it felt hopeless, we reached out to Premier Designs and Moving. From the very beginning, they went the extra mile. They took the time to check if any crew could step in and help us, communicated clearly throughout the process, and showed up with kindness and professionalism. When they arrived, they treated us and our home with so much respect that it truly felt like we were being helped by family. God bless this company. Their dedication shows, and I pray they continue to grow and prosper. They came through for us when we needed it most, and because of that, I’ve found my moving company for life. Their loyalty and integrity earned mine in return.
This is by far the best moving company I’ve ever used! The crew was on time, efficient, and handled everything with so much care. They worked quickly but never rushed, and it made the entire moving process stress-free. I’ve moved several times over the years, and no one else even comes close to the level of service they provide. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone I know who needs a reliable, trustworthy mover.
⚠️ Do NOT use this moving company. STAY AWAY! I’m not the type of person to leave bad or fake reviews, but I feel I need to warn others so no one else gets scammed. Money is tight, and it’s not fair for people to take advantage of customers like this. Aubrey at Advance Locators referred me to them, covering the first two hours as an incentive — but it turned out to be a nightmare. They had me sign an invoice listing their start/end times and stating they’d pay for any damages. However, the mover changed the start time from 1:39 PM to 1:15 PM at the end of the job, overcharging me by an hour. They damaged my mattress box spring and “lost” my dresser mirror. When I contacted the owner, Naveed, he insisted his “best workers” handled my move, accused me of lying, and even insinuated that my family or the storage facility stole the mirror — never his workers. Yet, the storage manager later confirmed the movers had left my mirror behind on the elevator 🤦🏻♀️ the same one they claimed never existed. To make things worse: One worker spent 30 minutes in the restroom during paid time. They moved painfully slow. They wrapped random items together and dumped them everywhere. This was a horrible experience. If your apartment locator tries to set you up with them, say no immediately. Save yourself the headache.
Could not be happier. They communicated well, told me when they would arrive, arrived on time, worked quickly to help me save money, and all the guys were super personable. Highly recommend this group. The owner is building a solid business with honesty and integrity.
