This is my first google review which explains how compelled I was to do so. The experience I had working with Zac was top notch. We toured a ton of houses before purchasing a home and during that time, Zac remained committed to finding a home that was going to work for me. He is a hard worker and you will see it. Oh and did I mention the professionalism combined with the communication skills. What are you waiting for? HIRE THIS MAN!!

Zac and Ahmed made my transition of trying to sell my home comfortable ,easy and very respectful. I appreciate the updates I was always given and how easy it was to contact one of them if I ever had any questions. you can tell that these guys honestly love their work and value their customers. if I could, I would give them 10 stars.
Working with Zac as the seller’s agent was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was consistently quick to respond, communicated clearly and effectively, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and approachability made him incredibly easy to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future. Highly recommend!
Speaking as a first time homebuyer, I cannot overstate how great this team of people are. Our main contact, Zac, made time for us any time we needed him. He made it possible to view houses during a normal working day, but also evenings and weekends if we couldn't get time away from work. He empowered us every step of the way to ensure we made a decision we were happy with and proud of, while still offering guidance that comes with his years of experience from both a buyer's and seller's perspective. Through the whole process, I felt as if he was advocating for both me and my wife as people. Rather than seeing us as a contract/commission opportunity, he advocated for us during the search, negotiations, and closing. During our search, we also had the chance to work with Karim--yet another authentic and transparent ally from this team. I will always remember seeing a house with him that was downright weird (to say the least) and being able to laugh about it and make it a fun adventure will always be a memory when I talk about my journey to own a home. I would gladly vouch for this group time and time again. Buying, selling, renovations, or anything else to make something into a home, these guys got you covered.
Zac and Ahmad are very attentive and knowledgeable. Buying an investment property can be scary, but they guided us through a smooth and simple buying and remodeling process. Can't believe how great it turned out! Fantastic people to work with.
