I cannot fault Prestige Auto Body Shop in any way. From my very first contact with them regarding the repairs, right through to today when they kindly organised to pick me up from the hire car company, the entire experience was exceptional. My car was returned beautifully repaired and immaculately clean, and every person I dealt with was friendly, kind and extremely professional. The team at Prestige Auto is amazing. Everyone on the team was extremely professional and talented. They sourced genuine parts from Korea for the Genesis, and finished repairs ahead of schedule as well. They went truly above and beyond with the repairs and customer service. They also had great communication throughout the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough. I would recommend that you go through them in order to book the repairs with your insurance company so that they can fix your car.
Angela, Chris and the team are just fantastic. I've used Prestige for 2 significant not at fault repairs to my VW Golf. Angela was so supportive with the claims process and went to bat on my behalf when needed. Repairs were done to an extremely high standard and the car itself was cleaned so meticulously that it was like I had just purchased it. Highly recommend if you want quality work and a supportive team.
