We had a wonderful experience working with Prestige to overcome some difficult problems in our yard. The solutions We came up with and the execution was all wonderful in the end and we’re thrilled with our end product! The team was great to work with, they were always professional and had great attention to detail, and they were timely and efficient.
Braiden, Will, and their team at Prestige did a fantastic job installing an aluminum louvered pergola at our house in NE Portland. Communication throughout the process was prompt, clear, and focused on getting the project right. They were flexible on our timing and worked to get a team here when we needed them. Their on-site team was extremely professional and courteous. They worked through some unforeseen problems (columns arriving from the manufacturer slightly damaged, some site-specific alignment issues) with creativity to deliver a solution on schedule without the delay of waiting on the manufacturer to fix the problem. The budget was more than fair given what we got, and I'm sitting right now in the shade in my back yard enjoying their great work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again in the future.
We have worked with Prestige on several projects at home and at our business, and are always impressed by the quality of the work and the crew! Our latest project was the transformation of a gravel area at our dental office that was an eyesore. We wanted to turn it into an attractive garden that our employees, patients and neighbors could enjoy. We also wanted to add a paver path, and some large boulders to make it more eye-catching. Patrick and Ember came up with a great design and chose the perfect materials and plants, and our crew was fantastic; they were on time, pleasant, and professional. Antonio's attention to detail was particularly impressive - he paused to get our feedback on an option he thought would give us a better end result, which we approved of. We’re happy to recommend Prestige for any landscaping project. The plants were just put in in the winter, so the after photo is before anything is blooming. It already looks much nicer, and we're expecting it to be beautiful in the spring!
My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We engaged their services for a very expensive job and we expressed concerns about the quality of the plants they were using for landscaping. They showed up looking unhealthy. We were assured by both the team and the owner that any plants that didn't make it would be replaced, and that they were covered under warranty. However, despite these assurances, when some of the plants failed to survive, they refused to honor their commitment. Even though they acknowledged on voicemail that we had discussed warranty coverage and that there were visible quality issues with some of the plants, they failed to take responsibility. Furthermore, they never mentioned that weather conditions could limit their warranty coverage, nor did they provide any evidence to support their claim that the plant failures were not due to quality issues. It's worth noting that most of the plants survived our winter conditions, indicating that the issue lies with the quality of the plants provided. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their promises is completely unacceptable. Not only have they failed to uphold their end of the deal, but they have also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and integrity.
We contracted Prestige to help rescue our landscaping at our newly purchased home. It was a big job and we were impressed by the team’s attention to detail and quality at a relatively fast pace. We had them remove some entrenched bamboo, remove a rogue walnut tree, install a paver patio, new side walkway, and renovate our parking strips from grass to beautiful new pavers and gravel. All-in-all this only took 10 days and the price was well worth it. Patrick was very communicative and patient as we had a few changes of heart leading up to and during the project, but we always felt he had our best interest at heart. Now that the project is done, we couldn’t be more satisfied and have been using our new patio every evening! I highly recommend the Prestige Team. You won’t regret it!
