Longtime Customer, Deeply Disappointed with Exclusion Service I’ve used Spray Services for over a decade and have always been satisfied with their pest control treatments. However, their exclusion services have been a major letdown—and potentially dangerous. Dryer Vent Hazard: They installed mesh over my dryer vent, which caused lint buildup and led to my dryer overheating. This could have easily started a house fire. I had to tear it down and fix it myself. Incomplete Rodent Exclusion: After hearing mice again, I removed one of their vent covers and found large gaps—mice were freely coming and going. The exclusion work was clearly incomplete. When I called during the warranty period, the technician spent less than a minute on the roof and declared “everything was perfect.” The following season, I inspected it myself and found the same lazy workmanship. When I called again, the manager said I’d have to pay another $93 for a follow-up visit—even though the issue was never properly resolved. They advertise a warranty, but unless you’re physically able to climb onto your roof and inspect their work, you may never know it’s failing. That’s unacceptable for a service meant to protect your home. Bottom line: Their pest control is solid, but I strongly recommend avoiding their exclusion service.
