I made an online order and picked it up. The manager on duty hadn’t charged the POS system meant for that service. She was polite and helped me another way. However I realized the next morning that I was miss multiple items from my online order and I was charged for items on my WIC card for items didn’t receive. Sadly, I wish they were more organized. I will still return but be mindful of their online ordering system. I also wasn’t offered a receipt after payment or in the plastic bags when she brought the items to me.

Stores are always clean. Stuff is always friendly. Samantha and Marissa are the best. Give them a raise!!!!

Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff are kind and helpful but for the most part (85% of the time) the staff give off this energy like they don't want to be there and I personally feel like shopping there is an inconvenience to them. However, I am grateful they are usually always stocked up and they are fast cashiers, so I can get in and out of there quickly. I definitely hope they get better management or training in the future.

These young females in this store are rude they do talk about customers and refuse their job. I have never seen so many lazy females in my life I literally asked for a 10 cent bag and the lady gave me the hardest time telling me there was a bag shortage you would think a respectable business like wic would put that information on the door or a email should of been sent out. I didn’t even know it was a bag shortage considering I haven’t picked up my wic in 3 months they can see that information on the system she could of just gave me a bag the lady sent me on my way caring my stuff with no bags usually they help but nothing. All you see is females standing around how hard can a wic job be I mean you guys are paid to help customers it was an awful experience I have never been treated with such disrespect I will not be coming back and I will upload video and photo for proof of what I’m saying. All this over a 10 cent bag I mean really harassing me and my family as I’m leaving the store I had my 2 year old son with me. And it won’t let me upload the video I have a video as well. ZERO STARS THESE LITTLE GIRLS ARE LAZY

UPDATE: STORE BEEN RELOCATED next to pink store & 7 eleven. Store is alot bigger. Milk,cheese, yogurt & eggs are self serve now. Store closer to home, some workers are really nice and help me out with my stuffs & questions. Been to every wic stores out there in Sacramento. This one by far the fresh and continued restocked. 👌 it may be small. But everything is always restock & fresh. Cant beat the price at wic store. Highly recommend for everyone.
