As always, Just Willis of ProActive Pest Control let me know when he'd be arriving to complete my quarterly service, arrived with a smile and warm greeting, asked if I was experiencing any pest issues in particular, and explained what he'd be doing during this service. Over the last several services, Just has proved to be knowledgeable and offered tips on what I can do to follow up on the servicing of specific issues I was having -- mostly with ants -- and his tips worked quickly and completely. I had a great experience with my pest control technician, Jyron. He texted ahead of time and arrived right on schedule. Jyron took the time to go over my initial service treatment and explain my contract clearly, making sure I understood everything. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly and addressed my concern about earwigs in the laundry room. He was easy-going, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
