Company move to a new location. Our salesman Jim was great to work with and crew lead Nick ran a well organized and efficient team to execute on the day of the move. Overall my experience was excellent and I'm already booking them for further services needed.
Amazing and fast service! Joe and Jordan were very friendly and careful when moving our furniture upstairs. Not one thing broken or damaged. They arrived right on time and were very communicative during the process. This is our second time using them and would highly recommend for all of your moving needs.
The dream team - Ian, Russel, Mike, and Jordan - helped us move yesterday and I’m just still shocked at how perfect the move went. A Truly Exceptional Moving Experience Our family recently moved out of our home of over eight years, and choosing Professional Movers was one of the best decisions we made during the entire process. From the very first conversation to the final piece of furniture being placed exactly where we wanted it, the experience was far beyond what we expected. Don, who prepared our quote, set the tone right away, professional, and reassuring. He walked us through everything, answered every question, and gave us a clear, honest estimate. On moving day, our team, Justin and Colin (team leaders), along with Joe, Aiden, Jordan, and Jake absolutely exceeded expectations. They arrived early, got to work immediately, and didn’t stop once. They worked nonstop and managed to finish more than two hours earlier than the original estimate, which was incredible given the size of our home and how long we’d lived there. The care they took with our belongings was truly impressive. They wrapped and secured everything, even taking extra time with a few fragile bookcases to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. Not a single item was scratched or mishandled. At the new house, they assembled every bed, asked us if each item was placed correctly, and made sure we felt totally settled before leaving. Their positive attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail made what could have been an exhausting, emotional day feel smooth and manageable. We’re genuinely grateful for the respect, kindness, and professionalism shown by the whole team. The crew from Professional Movers that facilitated our first 'professional' move as we left our first home of 31 years was OUTSTANDING! From the first in home meeting with Jim to survey the project, to quoting, scheduling, and organizing the whole process day of, our experience was better than I could have ever imagined. What seemed like an impossible feat to me, Jim and his crew: Justin (team leader), Aidan, Nick, and Colin pulled this off with literally no stress nor concern to us. They were polite, diligent, and even made it fun! The team worked so hard from start to finish over the course of two days. One to load up then second day to deliver and unload. They fully loaded two trucks one to include our baby grand piano. At roughly 600 lbs of black beauty, they took their time to take great care of this family treasure! Much muscle power and meticulous strategy went into this particular item. Without fail it stands beautifully now in what we have fondly deemed 'The Piano Room'. Most sincere gratitude to the team at Pro for getting us to our dream home, last stop our forever home!
