I had a yearly maintenance check with Pronto Heat and Air,Travis did an excellent job. He was thorough and identified a flame rollout issue that could have potentially been dangerous, which I really appreciated. The communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and reassuring. Andrew and Rey handled the installation and did a great job Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish, on top of my other experiences when they worked on my ac unit. I highly recommend Pronto Heat and Air for their professionalism, safety focus, and fast response.
Sean and Rey were our HVAC techs and were absolutely a delight!!! Very knowledgeable and courteous, and answered all my annoying questions with patience!!! Adrian and Kaden did a great job with our duct cleaning! They were very patient and willing to work with us! My wife and I wanted to see pictures before-and-after the cleaning and they never shied away from using the camera! They showed us videos/pictures on as many ducts we wanted! They did a wonderful job! Thank you so much for your time and effort!
I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with this company. At the beginning of summer, they repaired a 20 year old AC unit and almost made it go through the summer. About 3 weeks ago, Andrew and Shawn came to install a new AC unit for me and they did a wonderful job! This week, my new unit stopped working. The crew that came out took about 5 seconds to diagnose the problem and about 5 minutes to fix it (bad thermostat). They were fantastic! Carmen in the office is also a miracle worker. I am so pleased to have found them. Edit 11/6/2925: Lance came out today for my winter furnace tune up. He did a fantastic job and explained the state of my system, even changing my filters for me, which was an unexpected surprise. I greatly appreciate him!
