Curtis recently serviced my HVAC system and he did a great job. He is very kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to review what was found during his analysis. I also had my water heater serviced during the same visit by Nathan, who was fantastic. Nathan was also very kind and knowledgeable, and even took the time to look at an unrelated plumbing issue that I was having and provided me with an easy fix that I could do myself. I would definitely recommend Pro Thermal to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing service.

Pro Thermal Heating and Cooling is absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, their customer service has been exceptional—friendly, professional, and truly focused on making sure everything was perfect. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and go above and beyond to explain the process and answer any questions. I’ve had both a new heating system and a water heater installed by them, and the quality of their work and products is top-notch. Pro Thermal one of the best HVAC guys in Tulsa and the surrounding areas been apart of their yearly membership and it’s totally worth the yearly fee. I had Grant come out for the winter service he was a great tech very knowledgeable in HVAC took time to explain everything in detail for me to understand everything that is going on with my two furnace. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for HVAC work to be done on their home.

These guys did an excellent job. Paul, the owner is very respectful and thorough. His team Tristan, Dalton, Braeden, and Tyler were all so careful, polite, and hardworking. They were very respectful of our property, and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside of our home each day they were here. The owner came back out the day after the job was done to inspect their work and make sure we were happy with the job and our new system. We were very impressed with this company and know that we made the best choice by going with them. They really go above and beyond. Great company! We would highly recommend them.

I heard about the $88 special on KRMG which included an HVAC check and water heater drain. I left a message on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick callback to schedule for Monday. The morning of, I received a text with the technician’s info which included his picture. Curtis arrived right on time, was kind, professional, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly, spent hours carefully checking my system, and even took pictures to walk me through his findings in detail. He gave me pointers to help me reduce the strain on my unit, and wallet too. What I appreciated most was that he shared options without pushing me to spend thousands on a new system like the big names do! When I told Curtis I’d like a quote for a new unit, he called right away to get it scheduled. David came that afternoon, also right on time. He too was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to evaluate my needs, explain how he calculated the right system size, and even shared a helpful weed control tip using Dawn, Epsom salt and water! He patiently answered all my questions, showed pictures, and provided options to help save money! From start to finish, ProThermal provided top-notch service, honesty, and knowledge.it was very apparent they knew their field and options to help, not hurt, your wallet while keeping your family comfortable and safe! Highly recommended!!
