I love this studio so much! I was a student at this location from 2023-2025 but moved out of state :,). All of the instructors are so welcoming and you can tell really care about their work. This location has a special place in my heart bc it’s where I fell in love w Barre. I will go back when I visit Dallas!
This place has the best instructors and workouts. However, there is a really creepy old man who clearly is just coming to Pure Barre to look all the young women up and down. It’s disgusting and I am shocked he has not been told to leave due to the amount of women who are clearly uncomfortable. I heard the instructor say his name was Geoffrey. It felt like a very unsafe and uncomfortable place to be. Do not recommend.
They contract through 3rd party apps like Wellhub & classpass but apparently only allow members a 5 min late grace period. I walked up 2 min late and she refused to let me in bc of that. If you’re contracting to help you get additional business, then treat them well too.
I joined Pure Barre two years ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions that I’ve made to improve my physical health! This has been one of the best workouts that has become a habit. The instructors are so helpful the instructors make class fun while pushing you to challenge yourself during your 50 minutes in the classes. If you have questions about your form or if you’re doing something right, the instructors are there to help correct you during class and they’re also available before and after class to help you if something didn’t feel right. Now taken 300 classes, and I’m excited to see how many classes I can get through this year now that I am more motivated to take more classes after seeing the changes in my body. You’ll be sore for the first few classes, but as you continue to take classes, you will notice your strength improve, your flexibility improve, and overall core muscle strength as well.
I have been coming to the Uptown Pure Barre studio for a little over three years and absolutely love it here!!! The staff & instructors are all so friendly and energetic! Sarah, Lauren, and Molly are especially great! I appreciate how a variety of classes are held throughout the day. The classes are structured really well; they’re standardized to a certain degree but there’s also a lot of variety so you never feel bored! I look forward to my time here throughout the week and hope to come here in the years to come
