Vino, my mechanic, came out and I had purchased the wrong parts and he was very patient and knowledgeable and guided me into purchasing the right parts and even purchased the right ones for me so I wouldn’t mess up a second time. He even helped us figure out exactly which parts we needed to order, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.
